Introduction of Precast Wall Panel Production line：
Our precast wall panel production line have 5 parts:
- Measurement and mixing system
- Grouting system
- Wall panel molding system
- Tube drawing system(Optional Used to produce hollow wall panels)
- Demolding system
1.Measurement and mixing system
The measuring system is installed directly above the mixer and is equipped with a sensing device to automate the metering of all materials.The mixing system uses a large capacity mixer and is equipped with a fully automated control system.
2.Grouting system
The grouting system uses a mobile grouting car for grouting, and the grouting pump is a peristaltic type grouting pump that requires no cleaning.
3.Wall panel molding system
Wall panel mold equipment can produce a variety of types of wall panels, only need to replace the parts can produce hollow, solid, GRC wall panel, gypsum wall panel, magnesite wall panel, compound wall panel, sandwich wall panel and other materials wall panel.
the length and thickness of the produced wall panel can be adjusted at will.
4.Tube drawing system
Mainly used for the production of hollow (Cellular) wall panels.
A semi-automatic extubation system or a fully automatic intubation and removal system can be selected.
5.Demolding system
There are two options for demolding. The first is semi-automatic demolding, which uses a gantry crane and custom fixtures to remove the molded wall panel from the mold. Its advantage is its high cost-effectiveness. The second is fully automatic demolding.The system adopts an integrated panel out machine, with automatic side-overturning stacking. The panel out method involves pulling the plates out from the side and then performing a 180° flipping process, which results in a fast panel out speed.
